At Domivirgo, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our current shipping practices for orders placed on our website.
Shipping Destination: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped
Shipping Rates:
- Free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $49.00 or more
- Orders under $49.00: A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied for standard shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Domivirgo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at service@domivirgo.shop within 15 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
